Anyone completing and submitting any or part of the forms on the Site is considered a “registrant.” When you register with Santelle, you automatically allow registration in any and all of the other sites in the Santelle’s network (collectively, the "Network Sites"). Accordingly, we may share registrant PII with the Network Sites.
Santelle only gathers personal identifiable information ("PII") that is volunteered during the registration process or in response to specific information requests. Examples of PII that may be requested consist of name, address, email address, and telephone number. PII also includes information about an individual’s activities, such as information about his or her activity on our Service, and demographic information, such as date of birth, gender, geographic area, and preferences, when any of this information is linked to PII that identifies that individual. We also collect credit card or other payment account information in connection with any purchase you make on or through the Site. Such information may be used to track usage trends and enhance the user experience, and may be shared with third parties.
Santelle uses your PII and non-personal information for internal purposes, such as to provide you with the Site and services, to notify you of new products or services, and to otherwise communicate with you.
To the extent third parties may place advertising on the Site, such third parties may utilize cookies or other tracking technologies. Santelle is not responsible for information collected by third parties in this manner, nor for the collection or use of information by other sites to which the Site is linked.

Article 10. Change in Policy
Santelle may, from time to time, amend this Policy, in whole or part, in its sole discretion. When we do, we will also revise the “last updated” date at the beginning of the Policy. Your continued use of our Service after such changes will be subject to the then-current policy. If we change this Policy in a manner that is materially less restrictive of our use or disclosure of your PII, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of the change and to obtain your consent prior to applying the change to any PII that we collected from you prior to the date the change becomes effective. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy to stay informed about how we collect, use, and disclose PII.
